A Lot of the 80's comedies like Silver Spoons first aired on Cable then came on regular TV. Silver Spoons was about a father, son, and step-mom who had a butler. The butler had a small role on the show. Rick played an only child on the TV sitcom.  Rick had to make decisions. Sometimes good and sometimes bad but Rick always learned a good valuable lesson from the decisions that he made. Rick came from a wealthy background on the show.
