Webster


 Webster was adopted on the TV sitcom. I watched this show when I was like 9 or 10. The guardians who played Webster's adopted parents were married in real life. Alex Karras (former wrestler and former pro football 🏈 player) was married to Susan Clark (Canadian actress). They were in their element being romantic on the TV show. Webster bonded with Katherine Papadopoulos and always referred to her as Ma'am. She wondered why Webster referred George Papadopoulos as George and Katherine as Ma'am. Webster explained to Katherine that the reason he always called her Ma'am was because he saw her as a mom to him. George was more like a big brother to him than a father and that was why he called George George. This 80's TV show was a must watch because there was always an important lesson learned on the show. The show aired from 1983-1987.

  I remember this 1980's and 1990's TV sitcom. I remember watching it on Thursday nights at 9:30 PM on NBC. This was a show that had a support group. Basically, people would share about their problems and what is going on in their lives and all of the friends would get behind them and support them. Jane Carr and Judd Hirsch you could say were leader and co-leader of the support group. It was a way for people to open up and share what was going on in their lives. This is one of the very few shows on any night anyone could be the star because each of them brought so much to the table.

Mr. Belvedere

  I remember watching this 80's TV sitcom Mr. Belvedere. Mr. Belvedere is always someone who you could go to for advice especially if you didn't know how to give advice yourself. George and Marsha Owens seemed a little confused whenever their children came to them with important news. Mr. Belvedere was their British housekeeper and he kept a journal on every episode. Mr. Belvedere would bake the Owens family cool desserts 🍪🎂. The show aired on ABC and was in the original TGIF lineup. Probably one of the most underrated 80's TV shows.

Diff'rent Strokes

  This show came out when I was born in 1978. Willis and Arnold's mom's dying wish is for Mr. Drummond raise the two boys. Willis and Arnold grew up in the ghetto of Harlem, NY in a single parent home. Mr. Drummond took them out of the hood and they stayed in a nice home 🏡 in New Jersey with Mr. Drummond and Mr. Drummond's daughter Kimberly.  Arnold and Willis lived a life of luxury but never forgot where they came from. I remember watching this show when I was really little. There were lessons that the boys learned on the show when they made both good and bad decisions.
